I love La Vida!! The amenities are amazing! They have a fully equipped fitness center so I have been able to cancel my gym membership. There are 3 pickleball courts so there's always a spot for us to play. They even have 2 seperate playgrounds which keeps my kiddos busy for hours. I love to wind down in the hot tub while we cookout on the poolside grills. Definitely recommend!!!

I have been living here since November and I have had nothing but an amazing time. The staff is good about not texting or emailing everyday, it has never felt as if they are controlling. I haven’t used the pool Much due to the adults who are highly inappropriate in a public area, so I don’t go there. The gym is a tad bit small but I make it work and use it almost everyday. The place is clean! They also implemented a new rule to DNA test your dog so they know if someone hasn’t cleaned up after their dogs. There’s a trail that my dog and I walk just right outside mt apartment. The surrounding areas are so beautiful so before the Poo prints was brought in. Which was a concern for a while, but ultimately has gotten much better! I would recommend La Vida a thousand times. They got us in fast when we unexpectedly lost our home. Thank you guys! *ps all of our neighbors are so sweet and respectful!*

I want to start off by saying how much we love the current management and how much we have enjoyed the complex. With that aside, my husband and I got married this last October and moved into our first place together. While moving in, our downstairs neighbor left a note on our door asking us, in a not so tactful way, to stop making noise and left their phone number. I sent them a quick text explaining that we were moving in and so sorry. For months our neighbor was texting me almost every single day telling me we were being loud after we did normal things within the noise regulation hours, like run our dryer, close our pantry, or walk with shoes on. We started taking our shoes off at the door and tip toeing, we got 6 rugs to to help muffle the sound of us walking, our dog was being dropped off at my parents house every day while we were at work so that he wouldn’t make noise we couldn’t control, and I was texting them and letting them know before I was going to clean so they would be aware of the noise before. I feel like I was being considerate of them considering they have a huge dog that barks all day, blast loud music all the time, and smoke marijuana on their balcony and the smoke blows into my apartment and makes my home smell like a lit joint when we have the screen door open. Around November my husband and I were fighting because I was so stressed about the texts I was getting that I would get mad at him for doing normal things because I knew that soon after I would be getting a text. The texts were nasty and consisted of them telling me that our footsteps were breaking the lights in their kitchen and making all of their picture frames fall off the wall. I was having panic attacks every time she would text me, when I would accidentally drop something like humans do, when my husband would walk, and I hated being home. I wasn’t sure what else we could have done to be any quieter. After months of harassment I went to the office and explained our situation, how we are a newly wed couple and it’s our first home together, our first year of marriage and we’re not trying to be loud. They offered to move us to another unit if we would pay the move in fees a second time, and I didn’t feel like that was fair when we were making normal noise, and our neighbors chose to live on the bottom floor of an apartment building. We stayed in my parents basement the months of January and February because of how many texts we were receiving, and the pounding on the ceiling. It had become such a stressor in our life that we left our home that we are paying so much money for. Late February we were getting ready to get a lawyer involved to help us get out of our lease for the harassment and unlivable conditions and the toll it was taking on our new marriage. We went in with my dad to talk to management and the office had gotten a new staff since we left and were horrified to hear what we had been through. The kind front desk girl told us to move back in immediately and block our neighbor from contact, and let the office know if they knock on the ceiling or harass us, but to please enjoy living here. So we did, until we received a written noise complaint a month ago. It was so discouraging to get after everything we had been through and all the lengths we have gone through to be quiet. We went into the office and met the apartment manager whom we had not met yet. He was not aware of our situation and said that our neighbors stop into the office every single day to complain about us. He was so kind and understanding and offered to move us to another unit and let us know that the neighbors would not be allowed to resign another lease. I embarrassingly cried to them for probably 45 minutes and they just listened and made us feel at home here for the first time since we moved in. We were not planning on resigning a lease after the hell we have been through, but the management is amazing and extremely kind and welcoming especially Brianne. We are planning on staying here for another lease term! I would recommend La Vida to anyone:)

The front office does everything they can to assist you and are very kind in doing so. Savannah in the leasing office is very smart and kind and sets such a comfortable tone for the main office. My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised to find a 3 bedroom here priced very similarly to other 2 bedrooms in St george, and the units here are amazing. There haven't been any bugs since I moved in, but I'm told they have pest control that will come through as needed. The girls at the front desk Savanna and Paisley are always polite and have something nice to say, overall it's been a great first month here. The complex is a short walk away from a couple of parks and hell hole trail. The sunset is really pretty to look at from our balcony every evening, we're happy we decided to live here.

My boyfriend and I moved in to La Vida about a month ago, and life since has been absolutely amazing. We moved from Las Vegas and really wanted to find a place that was comfortable and spacious; that’s exactly what we found at La Vida. It’s far enough away from the main city to where there’s not a whole lot of busy traffic, yet almost every store is within 10-15 minutes of the complex. The unit itself feels exactly as advertised: an apartment home. It’s spacious, has upgraded appliances, and a modern look at a very reasonable price. The complex is very clean and there are dozens of walking trails to explore around the property. The cherry on top has to be the staff members. The girls at the front have done an amazing job at helping us through the whole application and move in process. They’ve been kind, patient, and very informative (something I’ve rarely experience with most leasing agents). Although we’ve only been here a month, they’ve helped us make this feel like a home. So if you’re looking for upgraded living in an amazing community, I highly recommend La Vida at Sienna Hills!!

First off i want to say how amazing the girls are here Lisa savanna and paisley. They are amazing and super kind .. Lisa helped me get in my apartment she walked me Through everything collected the fees said give me 2-3 days for your background mind you it was Thursday at 5 she called me Friday morning with a approval by 10 am .. The apartments are beautiful it was bright white when I moved in and clean .. I have had 2 issues with kids door ditching me at 12-3 am and I told the lady’s and they handled it immediately.. I would recommend these apartments all day . Best thing about them is they are pet friendly no breed restrictions with strit pick up after your pet rules to keep this place looking beautiful . I absolutely love the no smoking on property of any kids also . Love this place 5 stars from me

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years, and have renewed for another year. I’m going to to leave a more detailed review when I chose to move out, but wanted to leave a quick 5 star review because of a really amazing experience I had with someone who works here named Lisa! I was having a major issue that I definitely don’t think would have been solved when I first moved in here. They recently had a lot of staff changes though, and I feel significantly better about the communication and help I received today. Lisa was very dedicated to actually helping me, and solved my issue in an extremely fast manner. I’m happy that these apartments have some great staff working at them!

We lived here for about 5 months and it was literally perfect! We’re from California and thought the price for a 2 bed 1 bath was super affordable! The space was huge!! Our assigned parking spot was right outside of our apartment. The staff was always so nice and helpful. Everything in the apartment was so nice and brand new. We had a great time! If we’re ever in Utah again, we’ll definitely be living here!

I moved here from out of state. I asked Kristen to give us what she thought was the best unit and she delivered on all our needs. The process was quick. The leasing agents, Kristen, and the maintenance people are nice to work with. I have had no issues here. I was told parking was an issue but I have not had any problem with it. The construction is not that loud and we were told upfront we are moving into a construction site. The gym is great, the pool is awesome and the grounds are well kept. This place has been great to us.

This apartment has been a lifesaver for me and my wife. Kristen was so helpful with the process of getting approved to the move in date. Anytime you need anything you can text Kristen and she gets back to you pretty quickly. We love how clean the area is, even with construction going on they keep everything looking pristine. I have lived here for 6 months. The rental process was perfect. I moved from a different state and with the help of Kristen the move was amazing. She kept me in the loop through the whole process. There were baby snags along the way because this was a brand new building. She expressed those concerns because of new construction and we expected those snags. I love my apartment and location. We got here when they first started filling apartments and let me tell ya, it was tough sledding there for a bit. There were A LOT of kinks that needed to be worked out and it got really frustrating. That being said, things are SO MUCH better now. Parking is still a mess and frustrating, but other than that, the apartments are very nice, some decent little clubhouse facilities, and the property manager, Kristen, is absolutely fantastic! Overall, a great place!

Management is always on top of things. Two cons for now: 1. The high speed internet isn't available yet which can make it a little frustrating when being productive at home. 2. The sound proofing of the floors is pretty bad, I wonder if they missed something :) We literally hear every step of the people living above us...the toddler running up and down the apartment....the simple walking of the person above us is just uncomfortably loud. Even the hallway light fixture is sometimes vibrating 😳. If you are sensitive about noises make sure to pick an apartment on the top floor.

There are three main things that are absolutely wonderful about living at La Vida at sienna hills. The first being how amazing our apartment looks, everything is brand new and works great. The second is the location of our apartment complex, it is just far enough away from st. George to avoid most traffic. Also the surrounding places a few different trails will take you are beautiful and can be enjoyed by anyone. Third and definitely not the last wonderful thing about living here is the management. Kristen has been so communicative and helpful through our entire moving process and continues to be since we've been here. I've never lived somewhere where the management is so attentive, on top of things, and kind to us. She is excellent at her job and We are super grateful to live here, for Kristen, and the entire La Vida staff.

Absolutely love it here! I moved here from California and it was so hard to find a place because it was moving season!! I was lucky enough to find this hidden gem not even finished being built yet! Because these are new apartments I didn’t have any pictures to go off of so I emailed Kristen who sent me all the info needed!!! She was so helpful to all my questions (which were a lot) and just over all an amazing person! Love her! Also the layout and finishings on these apartments are awesome! Kristen has helped my girlfriend and I through our entire process at La Vida - she’s been in contact with us without fail for weeks! From day one when we showed up to the complexes before they were built she’s guided us and has been beyond helpful. Would 100% recommend her to anybody looking at La Vida as their future apartment. Very easy to work with!
