Maintenance team @ La Vida
Branden & Adam are great assets to the maintenance team at La Vida. They came to fix my sliding slats window fixture and did it without disturbing a thing in my home, and very quickly! I was super impressed. Maintenance @ La Vida is always prompt, kind, courteous, just like Brianne at front desk. I appreciate the entire team, thanks.

I had Adam and Brandon come by and help with some maintenance for a mirror that had come off and broke but they were both so awesome about it all and didn’t blame me for something that wasn’t my fault which was nice but overall accommodating and took care of the problem within a timely manner! It was very quick and easy and it helps feel more homey when people are also nice wich those two defiantly were!

I had an amazing experience with Adam the maintenance guy! He went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond. I have lived here going on two years. And it has improved tremendously with Harry and Brie. Love our maintenance. Several people have left saying they raise the rent or fees every year. I am so grateful for this place. They communicate very well. Thanks Brie and Henry 💕
